My break went well. It wasn’t as productive as I would've wanted it to be but I got my work done. My first semester flew by. I can’t believe it’s practically over. I love the fact that I’m one semester closer to graduating, going to college and starting my next chapter in life. I don’t regret anything. I’ve done everything I’ve wanted and I’ve made sure to participate in all the school activities and events that have occurred. The reality hasn’t hit me yet but I can feel it approaching. I’m excited. I can't believe that by the end of the year, this year, I will be finishing my first college semester and enjoying a great freshman year. My biggest concerns at this point are making sure that I finish all my work in time and make sure that I give it my all when doing my work. I hope to graduate with a overall great GPA and I hope that I pass all my classes with a 3.5 or 4. I know that I am capable of getting it done and I will try my absolute hardest to accomplish that goal. Currently, all my college applications are done and I’m just waiting to get accepted at the college's of my choices. I can’t wait to learn about law, and just the overall view of crimes and criminals themselves. I can’t wait to finally learn something that I want to learn and that interests me. As for a useful job that I will be getting post graduation will be coming sooner than graduation. I am planning on getting my guard card and working as a security guard as soon as I am 18. The second I turn 18, I will be taking the test for it and hopefully be working as a security guard. I know I will enjoy the job, because my mom works there as well and she says that it isn’t a hard job. The best part is that I would be able to have flexible hours that would work with my schedule considering I would start working there, while still attending high school. Overall, senior year is going back so fast, it feel as though, I can’t hold on to dear time.
